Who may hold an account
Only adults of 18 or over may open an account, and one person keeps one account. Give us your true name, home address and birth date at sign-up, since those details are matched against your documents before we release any payout.
The welcome package and other bonuses
The welcome package spans your first three deposits. It pays a 125% match with 75 free spins (minimum £25), a 150% match with 100 free spins (minimum £50) and a 175% match with 125 free spins (minimum £100). A stage has to be activated before its deposit is made, never afterwards.
Casino bonus funds, together with anything won from free spins, are subject to 40x wagering, a £2 cap per spin or round and a seven-day expiry. Feature-buy options stay unavailable until wagering is cleared.
Verification spins, the 50 credited once your e-mail and mobile number are confirmed, carry 40x on their winnings, with at most £50 withdrawable from them. The sports welcome (175% from £40, 40x) is administered separately from every casino offer.
Withdrawals and verification
Your first withdrawal waits on three documents: photo identification, a recently dated proof of address, and evidence that you own the payment method. Each request then goes through a check lasting 72 hours at most. Once approved, crypto and e-wallet payouts normally arrive in 24-48 hours, while card and bank transfer payouts can take five business days. Where possible, money goes back the way it came in.
Limits
No more than £2,000 can leave an account per day, £10,000 per week or £40,000 per month, although VIP members are allowed more. The smallest deposit is £10, free of any fee from us. Your own deposit cap or time-out can be set whenever you choose.
